Five Gifts Every Facilitator Will Love

Facilitation, Insights

Jessica Delaney

It’s the holiday season, and whether you are shopping for a facilitator, or you are looking for something for yourself, here are 5 facilitation “gifts” that Engage Delaney facilitators would be happy to receive.

  • Happy, not sure, sad stickers: These little stickers can be used in the moment for feedback from participants. They are light (so easy to travel with) and can help secure feedback quickly from participants.

  • Power Pack: Whether for yourself or a participant, a cell phone charger is super convenient and this one works great.

  • Coloured Push Pins: Asking participants to put a pin in the map to show where they are from:

  • Yearly Planner: We love this Canadian-owned and made brand of planners. Hemlock and Oak has so many options and a beautiful aesthetic to make planning 2026 fun and pretty.
  • Halls in vanilla: Talking, talking, more talking… it can be a lot and the Halls Soothe Menthol Honey Vanilla Flavour are the best. They might not have enough kick if you are truly sick, but if you have a sore throat after a day of facilitating, they are great!
