Engage Delaney recently hosted its successful initial virtual session of the IAP2 Working with Conflict and High Emotion course in April 2025, with a sold-out class.
This Level 3 specialized training, developed by the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2), equips participants with advanced strategies for de-escalating conflict and transforming heightened emotions into constructive engagement. The course provides practical techniques to navigate challenging interactions, fostering meaningful dialogue and collaboration.

The Conflict Resolution and High Emotion course has been an incredibly valuable experience.
