Cancellation Policies

IAP2 & Engage Delaney Courses
If you choose to change your training plans with Engage Delaney, we understand. You can cancel or re-schedule any course registration with a full refund up to five working days before the course start date. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire course fee, which can be applied to future courses, within 12 months. Non-attendance, without cancellation, is subject to full payment. All cancellations must be made in writing.
In-Person Training
You can cancel or re-schedule any course registration with a full refund up to three weeks before the course start date. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire course fee, non-attendance, without cancellation, is subject to full payment. All cancellations must be made in writing.

Engage Delaney requires a minimum number of participants to run an in-person course. We reserve the right to cancel a course up to two weeks prior to the course start date.
