Course Description

This course walks participants through the key steps to develop a communications plan to support their engagement initiatives. The course also provides participants with an understanding of how a communications plan supports engagement promotion, recruiting and reporting. Participants learn about communications theory and explore tools and processes for effective communications for community engagement. Behind every effective engagement plan is a compelling communication plan that translates knowledge and information into informed participation

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or re-schedule any course registration with a full refund up to five working days before the course start date. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire course fee, which can be applied to future courses, within 12 months. Non-attendance, without cancellation, is subject to full payment. All cancellations must be made in writing.
