The course was well organized with practical examples. The facilitator really understood our work environment and has true life relevant examples.

Understanding Conflict course (In-Person), April 2024

I am blown away by how much I learned in this course. Jessica’s passion, sincerity and expertise came across from start to finish and made this experience one that will stay with me and definitely assist me with my career.

Facilitating Engagement course (In-Person), June 2024

This course with Kristi helped me reframe my whole approach to engagement. I think, with the tools from this course, I’ll be able to design engagement processes that are more positive and more effective for all.

Fundamentals of P2 and Engagement course (Virtual), September 2024

Engage Delaney allowed me to think differently about authentic engagement and the importance of not just breadth of engagement (e.g. numbers) but the depth of engagement (e.g. the qualitive, experiential, open and honest sharing).

IAP2 Applying Methods course (Virtual), June 2024

Practical course that teaches techniques for understanding and managing conflict in a variety of scenarios. Our facilitator provided great commentary and personal experiences managing conflict that resonated with our team and built my confidence for future challenging conversations and conflict.

Understanding Conflict course (In-Person), April 2024

The distinction between the Content Facilitator and the Process Facilitator was mind blowing! It explains why my team has been struggling with ‘facilitation’ for so long.

Facilitating Engagement course (In-Person), October 2024

Jessica is a great instructor who creates a safe place for us to share our thoughts. She really helped us with the future tools to engage with our project stakeholders.
