About Us
Engage Delaney provides training, consulting and coaching services to individuals and organizations so that together, we can make better decisions that move communities forward. Drawing on our extensive experience of working with diverse groups in urban and regional settings across Canada, we take pride in informing decision making and designing processes that enable our clients to achieve stronger project outcomes.
We have delivered more than 450 successful projects and managed countless complex stakeholder and community engagement initiatives. We strive to bring seldom heard voices, diverse perspectives and interests into a shared space where together we can learn from each other, identify opportunities and barriers and make decisions that are for the better.
Our Core Values
Our values remain at the center of what we do. They guide us and inspire our team to be a force for good for our clients, partners and the communities we work with.
We value authenticity. For us this means we value authentic relationships both with our clients and with those with whom we engage, and also internally within our team. By extension this means we value authentic engagement as all engagement is relational. Authenticity also means that we value the humanity, the life experience and the wisdom that each of us contributes to decisions, dialogue and change.
We value quality. This means valuing and prioritizing quality work, engagement, and decisions. It also means partnering with clients so they can provide quality policies, programs and services to their communities.
We value curiosity and learning from everyone. We believe that everyone has a story to share and wisdom to contribute. We believe curiosity is crucial to thinking beyond what we know today, creating new knowledge and spaces where innovation can flourish and new ideas can truly come to life.
