Jessica Delaney

Back to school! Both Jessica Delaney and Kristi Merilees are working to become organizational and executive coaches. Jessica is entering term 2 of the UBC Organizational Coaching program and Kristi is entering term 2 at Royal Roads University in the Executive Coaching program. Part of each program is to have short and long-term clients whom we coach. Interested in learning more? Read on.

What is coaching?

Coaching is all about supporting individuals and teams with goals and topics that matter to them. As a coach, it is our job to create a space for empowered decision-making and sustainable change. Coaching is different than mentorship or consulting because its non-directive and led by the client. We are not “telling” or “selling” but rather being there to coach and support clients on topics that matter to them.

Who is it for?

Coaching can take many forms, and Kristi and Jessica are looking to work with both teams and individuals with options for short and long-term coaching. It is important that you are NOT a current client of Engage Delaney. All past training alumni and past clients are welcome. These are confidential sessions, and we would not want to be in a position of potential conflict. We both follow the International Coaching Federation code of ethics.

When is this opportunity available?

Between January and May 2024, Jessica and Kristi will be working to complete their respective programs and gain experience coaching clients. These hours will help achieve the International Coaching Federation (ICF) requirements to become a licensed coach.

Once accredited, Engage Delaney will offer executive and organizational coaching along with our consulting and training practice.

Interested? We’d love to hear from you and learn together. We appreciate and value the engagement community and welcome the opportunity to grow together through coaching. Please reach out to either kristi@engagedelaney.com or jessica@engagedelaney.com to learn more!
