This course introduces practitioners to the design and planning phases of the practice framework allowing them to develop effective P2 and engagement plans.
Understanding Conflict in P2 / Engagement
Practitioners will be able to explore conflict dynamics and the tools to anticipate, manage and/or mitigate situations of tension within their P2/engagement work.

Facilitating Engagement
This course supports the activation of engagement plans, for both in-person and virtual engagement settings. Practitioners will understand the importance of separating process from content; facilitation practices to use during high-emotion engagements; and ways of bringing objective-based facilitation into practice.
