This course is extremely well designed and thought out. You can tell a lot of time and attention was put into creating a quality course that was dynamic and engaging even though it was virtual. Jessica was a fantastic trainer who did a great job explaining the material and providing real world examples.

Engage Delaney allowed me to think differently about authentic engagement and the importance of not just breadth of engagement (e.g. numbers) but the depth of engagement (e.g. the qualitive, experiential, open and honest sharing).

The content was so applicable and tangible. There are tools that I know I can immediately put into action to create better engagement. I loved how Jessica wove pieces from the week into the training (e.g. Croissants) to make it feel bespoke. It was easy to stay engaged with a great balance of activities, breakout groups, instruction, and visuals.

The principles were not “new”, but they were delivered in a different way from what I have seen before, giving me another tool in my toolbox when faced with an interesting situation.
